Projects commence only after:

• Proposal approval
• Execution of agreement (if applicable)
• Receipt of advance payment

Clients must provide accurate information and timely approvals.

Fees are defined in proposals or contracts.

Payments must follow agreed milestones.

Delays may result in suspension of services.

Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless agreed otherwise.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Company Ownership

All proprietary tools, frameworks, reusable components, and methodologies remain the property of Kujata Global Technologies Private Limited.

Client Deliverables

Ownership of final deliverables transfers only after full payment has been received.

We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless restricted by agreement.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information shared during engagement.

You agree not to:

• Use Services unlawfully
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Distribute malware
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Disrupt system operations

We reserve the right to suspend access for violations.

Our Services may integrate third-party platforms.

We are not responsible for failures or issues caused by third-party providers.

Services are provided "as is" and "as available."

We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, unless explicitly stated in written agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Kujata Global Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue or profits
• Business interruption
• Data loss

Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kujata Global Technologies Private Limited against claims arising from misuse of Services or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate Services if:

• Payment obligations are unmet
• There is a breach of Terms
• There is unlawful activity

Termination does not waive outstanding payment obligations.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.

We may modify these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on our website.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
